Function	Domino	ImageSuite Application
Paper	Use scanning software to create file and then attach to Domino.	The ScanToNotes module provides one button scanning and directly attaches files to Domino document. Additional features include output in any of 40 file image formats, support for multi-page files, support for ADF and additional scan parameters. User settings can be saved to create a more efficient operating environment.
Electronic	File attached to Notes document from hard disk.	ImageSuite.doc supports batch input to populate databases with files Input is set up within a Notes form. The input form has browse features and can save revision and status ( pending, current etc.)

**Storage Architecture**

Hierarchical	Must be developed using Domino Designer	ImageSuite Vault is based on the common model of cabinet, drawer, file and record. Keywords provide added flexibility. Users can customize the layout and define keywords without Domino Designer.
Distributed Database	Must be developed using Domino Designer	ImageSuite.doc's architecture utilizes multiple databases centered around a front end Database linked to any number of back end databases. This arrangement allows the user to optimize network traffic and storage utilization across the enterprise.

**Access to Technical Documents**

View	Default notes viewer is available for some file formats.	ImageSuite Multiview can view a large variety of file formats including several common CAD formats. Multiple images can be viewed at once, so image comparisons are easy. Besides the usual viewing features such as zoom, rotate, etc, MultiView offers important features such as markup and overlay ( useful for ISO 9000 companies). User preferences are customizable so individual users can efficiently operate in their preferred mode.
Batch Printing	Not Available	ImageSuite TechPrint enables a queue of documents to be printed with minimal user intervention.

**Collaborative Process**
